Shipping Information

We guarantee shipping within 5 business days of your order! If we miss our deadline, we will send you a $5.00 gift certificate to our store! Sometimes our cart likes to play tricks, and oversells an item. We obviously can't ship an item that is not in stock. Normally we do have all of our flavor oils in stock and will still be able to make and ship your candy withing 5 business days. If we do not have the flavor in stock, we will contact you withing the 3 days so you can decide to hold your order, ship the remainder, or receive an exchange or refund for the back ordered items.

We always uses United States Postal Service Shipping. We offer first class, priority and parcel post options. We always charge actual shipping costs plus delivery confirmation. We never charge any extra handling fees. If you would like your order shipped via another carrier please email us for a shipping quote.
